Vic,

Checked my 2003 Service Manual. Here's what it shows on the rear cam sprocket spacer:

Quote:

"Height differences between rear cam sprocket and crank sprocket can be addressed by changing the spacer behind the rear cam sprocket"

Well, it doesn't involve a country gal and a horse, I can tell you that much.

I want to do a cam install video.

Whew...

When do you want to do it? Sounds like a good excuse for a ride.

If you're pulling the rockers to reuse the push rods that head gasket isn't too far away, a .030 will give you about .25:1 more compression. I know it isn't much but every little bit helps.

Vic,there are about 5 different cam spacers that come in .010" increments. I suggest to buy all 5, measure, use the appropriate spacer and return the ones you don't use. That might save you an xtra trip to the dealer. The dealers I have dealt with will let people do this. Also, make sure you get the timing dead on.1 tooth off f#@#s **** up. Also if your just doing cams, a 4* advance cam gear will really wake it up.

Rene here are the PNs I have:
25729-06>>0.100"
25731-06>>0.110"
25734-06>>0.120"
25736-06>>0.130"
25737-06>>0.140"
25738-06>>0.150"
I'm fairly sure that the 25729-06 is the stock spacer,at least it was on my bike. The numbers you list are for the pre 2006 dynas which is different
