Default Map request

Can someone send me their pcIII map if you're running Woods TW6 cams, stage 1 a/c, and thunderheaders?

I didn't get my pcIII from fuelmoto so I doubt I'd be able to score a map from them.

If you PM me, I'll give you my external email address. It's much appreciated.

Also, one question about cam install. I know there are spacers available. Are they used between cam and cam plate or between cam plate and cam timing gear for chain alignment?

Shouldn't matter where you bought it, you should be able to get a map for their product.

You're suggesting contacting Woods or where I got the pcIII which is Eastern Performance.

Neither, go to fuelmoto, they have a fairly easy process to request a map, just visit their web site.

I cannot imagine they would not help just because you didn't buy direct from them. That would be a stupid business model for such a product. Too many of us are in the same situation, buying from an authorized distributor. Hope it works out well.

Vic, is this the info you're looking for?

http://www.harley-davidson.com/en_US...ts/-J04857.pdf

If you search Google for harley cam chain tensioner spacer you'll find more links to this subject. I'm pretty shure JRK5892 and/or mud can give you some more info..

Rene, I guess that answered my question. From that link the spacers fit between cam timing gear and cam plate, I'd assume for chain alignment purposes.

Possibly but technically they don't owe me anything. On the other hand, if they do help me it would be in hopes that I someday will become a FM customer. Posting my positive experience with them on HDF ensuring more customers go their way.

I was sitting outside earlier havin a smoke and thought really how cheaply I could get those cams installed. Yes I'd love to get my heads done but no money for that or adj. pushrods. I could get away with pulling the heads and reusing the stock rods. I think I can afford a couple of bearings, some gaskets and a six-pack.

I need a cameraman. Wanna volunteer? I'm only 40mi northwest of I-95 from Florence. That's only ~6hrs from you.

CORRECTION: 6hrs 46min.
