Yeah that's a fair deal but how the hell can someone still owe $8600 on a 5 year old bike?

He bought it using a personal loan from a private party 2 years ago.

No. Original owner was a middle-aged female in PA. He took out a loan his credit union to buy it for, I think, $12k back in 2007. He still owes $8600.

I paid $10k for my bike two years ago. The bike was 5 years old and I didnt pay cash

Only issues with the 05 Tc is the valve seals. Some consume tons of oil and need the seals replaced. I would price that in. Also there was an issue with the compensator nuts coming loose and there is a re-vamped tightening procedure. Both are easy fixes.
