Blue book values
Well 90% of the banks will use NADA for values. KBB also give values, but both will state that the value could be up to 30% higher depending on the local market and time of year. Just stick with what they say the value is and use that. Banks won't care about the "market adjustment".

My best method for priceing used bikes is ebay. They have a feature where you can see what bikes actually sold for. Once you pick a model, you can research past auctions. It will show what people asked as well as what people actually got. You can do it by region and all sorts of stuff. Gives you a real world idea of what bikes are selling for.
