A road king "classic" has the same size wheels (spoke wheels) and tires. Whether or not the wheel will fit the fatbob is a different story. I know I've asked the same question here myself and no one knew. Personally, I think the wheels from the 2010 street glide would look good on a fatbob. Being they are 18" diam., you could see a little more wheel and change the geometry of the bike.
The bars, cables were the kit from hill country cycles, 469 if i remember right. I used my own switches and switch housings, original levers, mirrors from my stock bars. The risers are a 2 inch riser from j and p cycles, that was 39 dollars. The turn signals were relocated using brackets from bk rider, an ebay dealer, 25 dollars.
(Doesnt include the cost of mistakes, broken clutch cable end and stripped transmission cover thread opening, about 130 bucks ouch)
Also changed the grips. 35 bucks at the harley shop, and a crimp tool from ebay, 49 dollars, and about a dozen pins for the wiring or so, about 3 bucks.
