I am thinking of going with the Rush slip ons for my SE Fat Bob. What is the difference going to be from 2" to the 2 1/4" baffle besides the 1/4"? Just a little louder?? And also I can't decide on Boloney cut or slash down. Help me out here.
It will sound better, louder, make it breath better. I have them on my FB, and I'm very happy with them. I have the bologna-cut, just thought it would be a little different, I think they look pretty good. Fuzz

little louder.... not much difference otherwise. I have the slash cuts (see sig) but they're on a street bob so prolly not much help to you
I agree just a little louder, some say anything over 2.0 needs a tuner not sure if that is true. I have the rush 2.0s on mine bologna cut and I think they sound great.

I have the black Rush slip ons w/2" baffles. The plan was to poweder coat the heat shields to match, but I'm not thrilled w/the sound so I gonna scrap the muffles and go w/a Fat Cat.
I suppose the 1/4" would make em breath better and louder. You shouldn't need a tuner if you just change exhaust.

I have the 2" as well. You can also get the tip-compatible ones as well. That's what I have and there are a bunch of different tips you can choose from to get the look you want. It will run you about $120 more though.
I actually have Rush Slipons that the dealer installed before I purchased my street bob. I love the sound of my pipes, they aren't screaming loud like some of the V&H's but they have a good low rumble to them.
I'm at work right now and don't have access to youtube; I'd forward the few links that I have taken outside. If you lookup 1Savagelover on youtube, you will find the few videos.

Thanks guys, I am leaning towards the 2 1/4" Boloney cut but those compatible tips are kinda cool. There is another member that has a set of 2" slash cut that will be for sale but with the 110 I might want the extra 1/4". already have a TTs Mastertune so thats not an issue, although it was tuned for 2into2 big radius and I didnt like them so I put the stock back on with my own baffles. Now It has no baffles and runs kinda wild, expecially at idle.
i have a 2009 super glide with sert, se air intake and rush slip-ons with 2 1/4 baffles. i am real close to pulling the trigger on the 2.0 baffles though.
i had the bike dyno tuned initally by a harley dealerhip when the work was done. i had decel-pop all over the place. they went out of business, took it to another harley shop for another dyno-tune a couple of weeks ago, and the ride is better, but still way more decel pop than i want.
i think the little added back-pressure from the 2.0 baffles will help me, and i kick my self in the a$$ for listening to the first dealership that recommended i go with the 'biggest baffle you could get'. there is alot of feed-back on this forum from people running the 2.0's without issue, and if i was doing this all over, i would go with the 2.0's.
