I kept the 4 1/2" x 1 1/2" riser and went with 9 3/4" mini apes. Had to re-route the switch housing wires. Went braided on clutch and brake cables. Love the looks. Much more comfortable than the stocks.

These are stock mini apes off a wide glide. Some call them 10's some call them 9's. Fit with no issues. I changed nothing but the bars themselves.

Rusty, if you haven't taken care of indicator lights already, check out custom dynamics led button lights, they fit on your dash were your Allen head button bolts secure the dash.

great thread. I am putting 07 street bob bars on my 03 Low Rider once the weather talks me into it. nice to hear what worked for others, will make my project much faster.

My 98 came with them from the PO and I took them off. (not a fan) if anybody is interested they are for sale cheep.
