T37,
Love those pipes..on a scale of 1-10 how loud are they? I'm right in the middle of trying to decide on a set of pipes. Considering Rush slip-on with the 2" baffles but after seeing yours I'm undecided. Don't want outragously loud but still after good sound. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks, Phil p.s. whats the best way to get rid of the refelctors?
They sound great, Id say they are about 8 or 9 but its music to your ears! other people might not appritiate it, but they hear you and thats important. It could keep alive.
I went with the standard baffles. I really like them. Morepowerracing was $200 cheaper than anywhere else.
I got bored today, and took the stock pipes off......drilled the rivets out (3 on each pipe), and removed the guts from the pipes. I thought about leaving everything OUT, but instead just removed the fiberglass packing from around the baffles, and put the guts back. Put it all back together, and it's a little louder, but not much louder.

I used a blow dryer...and some goo gone for the residue
PM breather, VH short shots, PC-V, 1" lowering blocks, JD derby/timer covers. Lots of wax/sealant
Working on my grenade rear pegs now. Grips/bars/etc will be next probably.
