Hey, I write technical manuals for a living. This is a sticky situation. If you don't place the sticky side to the tank cap, it will end up stuck to your hand.

Note to self, sticky side down, throw the paper away (don´t mess with Texas) and don´t EVER ask that question! Whew brutal! lol.
