First, I'm embarrassed I let my forks and wheels get so pathetic! That said, I used the info on painting forks and applied it to my wheels, too. I used the Rustoleum Appliance enamel and followed the directions posted here by several members. I did decide to wait a week on the wheels after the first application to sand with 400 and re-coat. It provided a smoother and glossier finish, I just can't seem to get the right camera shot. I did polish each spoke with Mother's aluminum polish before masking and spraying. After taking the 'after' pictures, I saw the overspray on the rim and polished that off when I put on the new tires. Also, I used Duplicolor caliper paint for the brake calipers, but I stayed with the appliance epoxy for the rotors. (I used a dinner plate to mark where the masking tape should stop on the rotors.)
On another note, I used Dyna Beads to balance the new tires I just installed. Very smooth!
