im dealing with the same problem right now. Im thinking mine is a dragging rear brake. The disk gets real hot after just a few minutes of riding. They say if it wobbles in the front its probably from the rear. I also need a new front tire and the steering head bearings need to be checked. If all else fails the true track is suppossed to be the cure all. Personally I'd like to fix the issue and not band aid it. Good luck and if I fix mine I'll post what worked.

I agree with focusing on making sure everything is 100% before resorting to add-on accessories.
If possible make these repairs individually; replacing the needed front tire seems a good starting point on the wobble--that could even be it.
The rear brake is probably not related, but you don't want it dragging anyway, so better to fix it right away. It'd be good to check your wheel bearings, too.
Tires cupped?? Even a ever so slight cupped tire will make it wobble. Mine did, just from running factory air pressure and wobbled. A new tire with 38lbs cured my problem..
I had the same problem on an 07 wide glide after I put 18' apes on it and replaced the rubber riser bushings with polyurethane ones. Never wobbled up to 110mpg, but with the firm apes the wobble came between 80-90mph. Raising the air pressure in both tires helped slightly, but I just figured it was the apes and decided to slow my riding style down a bit.
As has been said, if the bike has been changed, that is the place to start looking. There are also several things on a bike that can cause problems, which needs to be in tip-top shape when travelling at higher speeds.
When the bike has a clean bill of health I agree with parts eeter: new tyres and make them good ones (Avon for all my V twins) and a True-Track kit. I have them on both my Harleys and they sharpen them up a treat.
brought it to the local wrench here and he took off the front tire rebalanced it and added front and rear air pressure and it seems to be fine hopefully it stays like this lol.
he also checked the bearings in the neck and fall away he said they were fine hope this helps and if anyone found another solution please let us know
I have a 08 fxdf fat bob. the bike came with drag bars. even with the drag bars i still had speed wobble. i put 10" z bars on and the wobble got worse. so i put polyurathane bushings on and that help a lot. but not enough cause i went down last weekend at about 65 cause of the speed wobble. seems to slow to get speed wobble. i want to know what is wrong with the bike and why it was getting speed wobble.
