Default noises normal?

I went riding today without my helmet, which I have always worn, and Damn, my bike makes alotta noises. When I apply my front brake, theres a, as best as I can describe it, a buzzing noise. (The rear brake is quiet)
When I shift theres a sharp CLICK noise, and something is rattling, vibrating like crazy somewhere around/under the rear fender. I cant find anything loose, nothing rattles when I tug/pull/yank on the fender, everything seems tight and secure until I ride. It handles tight, accelerates quickly, and stops on a dime. Everyone told me that Harleys are some noisey rattle beast but DAMN. Is this normal? By the way, its a 07 superglide. Thanks

ok here is what i found out.(google)-(((buzzing)))

The noise is caused by the brake pads going over the holes in the brake rotor. There is nothing wrong with the bike.

I get the buzzing noise from the front brake as well.

I also have the vibration in the rear fender. I'm pretty sure its coming form my license plate.

I usually wear a full face helmet, but sometimes wear a 1/2 helmet. I usually have the windshield on, but sometimes ride without it. There are 4 combo's with that (FF with / without windshield, 1/2 helmet with / without windshield) the bikes sounds different with each of those. The biggest thing I notice with the half helmet is the heat shields pinging while they heat up.

Why do you think us Electraglide folk are always upgrading the stereos? Fixes alot of mechanical ills when ya turn up ZZ Top.
