Tire time again!

Last time I had the dealer get the tires and install them... got killed by the price.

This time I'm planning on picking 'em up online (Metzelers) and having them installed by my indy.

Question(s): How much is a fair price for installation? Do I need to pick up new tubes also?

About $25-$30 per tire is average. Tubes should last several tires. Best thing is to check 'em out good when changing the tire. Your Indy will know what to look for.

$40 to $50 for each tire if they remove the wheels. If you just take the wheels in (what I do) then $25 each. I would put new tubes as well.
