One thing...Epoxy directions say not to use a primer... ignore that... go to a paint supply store and get a can of self etching SEM primer in a spray can(yeah costly at about 20 bucks). This stuff is awesome and will stick much better to bare metal than the rustoleum epoxy. Then, use the epoxy. The two combined will provide an incredible finish and will stick to the tubes or any other part about as good as powdercoat.
