Thanks man. I need to post an updated pic. The paint has held up great over the past year and 12k miles.

So you stayed with the high-temp paint on the shields? No powder?

Yep, I was going to redo it in PC but Ive been really busy with work and my other bike so I having had time. I ride everyday to work even in the rain and cold. 12k miles in one year would be more but I parked it for a month while funds where low and I didn't feel like spending $300 for a rear tire...

On to the pic from last week.

What paint did you use and how did you apply? I will probably ceramic coat mine this winter, if paint doesn't work.
What did you use for a baffle?
