Will the iso pegs and stir ups set up fit in HD foward controlls ?
also if I go with an airshock (excuse me dont know much about them) what are the Lines people talk about is that to a compressor ??
Reuse your stock lines & fittings or purchase new ???
yes i have them on mine (well a version)
as far as shocks you only need a compressor if you are going with an adjust air ride, for touring shocks you just need the shocks and the fittin lines that have a air fitting, you can add or take away air wih a hand pump DO NOT USE A COMPRESSOR YOU WILL BLOW THE SHOCK!
Thanks again Joe But I am a bit lost on the Lines and fittings ...
What do they do ? What do they get conected to ?
Thanks
I can go with the ones I listed (the ebay link ) ?
On the seat, I like my Corbin Deluxe. They have a good selection to match you height and how long your legs are. My uderstanding is they take your measurements and build the seat accordingly. Your height and reach makes a big diff in whether a seat will be comfy for ya.
UPDATE
So sent my seat to Meancity cycles for the Impact Gel w/Memory Foam and I just bought the iso retro sturrips and CrampBuster Cruise Assist
I will give this all a try and than rethink the air shocks -I think i wana give them a go also !
I know I'm probably late on the input here but I got a lot of info on what others thought about seats here on HD and ended up going with all the praise on the Mustang. I went Mustang Vintage 2up. At first I didn't have an opinion after I changed it out but after about 3 to 4 miles I have to admit I was "wowed". I love riding longer distances now because my *** feels so comfy and cushy. Now all I worry about are cars.
Yea For me -I guess I comprimise looks for comfort abit - I do not like the looks of the mustang seats my HD Sidekick flows nice with the lines of the bike - Just my opinion
