Default Harley Ringtone warning

I decided to try the Harley Ringtone site described above, but it leads you to just joining their $10/month service with, for me, some junk tones and messages. So don't even bother with them. I notified the owners of this forum so we'll see what happens.

that's the way 99% of those sites work. they rope you in and next thing you know, you got a $800 phone bill.

You definately need to be careful of downloading ringtones to your phone unless you know for sure who it is coming from. The problem that can occur, other than getting spam texts, are that they can automatically start charging your bill. When this first started happening, it was very difficult for the carrier to remove the charges. You the customer had to contact the company and request it to be cancelled. If there are any of you with children that have mobile phones, make sure they aren't doing the same thing.

Aman to that. My son got roped into that chit and it took me months to get it straightened out.I'd get it stopped and a month later the charges would pop up again.

Good Luck

That ringtone website is back on certain pages, so don't go there. Also it shows a different URL.

I was told that they were banned from this site. Maybe cause they show a different URL but it leads you to the same old place.
