08 FXDC...Panacea tail with stock signals removed. The taillight still works because it flashes the signals and the brake light if I shake the bike without my fob close by. I get no brake light from either the lever or the foot brake. No signals from each side by using the turn signal buttons. I found no visibly blown fuses or pinched wires. I'm thinking relay but I really have no idea. Any ideas? Thanks for the help guys

Isn't the Panacea line LED? If so, did you use a Load Equalizer?
P.S. Does your bike have a Factory alarm? If so, you may need an alarm specific Load Equalizer.
P.P.S. Tail lights are not load dependent.

I do have the factory alarm but I have had this tailight installed for 4 months with and without a load equalizer and it has worked as it should. I swapped both relays from a same year Dyna at work today and that didnt work either. I also tried changing the taillight base thinking the circuit board behind the taillight was bad but still no dice. I have done some mods to my bike including removing the dash/speedo and installing a three way toggle switch in place of the factory on switch. I wiggled/checked all my connections and still nada. I did not cut either of the two harness plugs that connect to the speedo/dash lights. the ONLY splicing i have done is lengthen the three wires to the toggle switch mounted behind my...(its hidden for a reason=) If I cleared my error codes would that maybe do it? grasping at straws here and not in a position to take it to a shop.
Looks like the "heavy duty" toggle switch I installed didnt live up to its name. the on side of the switch went bad but the bike would still start. strange. I reinstalled the stock HD switch and all is well.
