Wait a minute....the PARTS GUY, who has access to every part number HD ever issued through their computer network wasn't able to locate a part number for a simple shock wrench? Did he not have a current parts and accessories catalog available. They usually have them sitting on the counter.

What an idiot..and I also think there may be a splash of "lazy" mixed in there too.

I'd find another dealer to order parts from.

Actually I think he was dunked in lazy...

As for another dealer, it would have to be mail order and the cost of shipping sucks. I live on an island and they are the only dealer for 1000 mi. ..
