2010 fxwg HD Drag Bars

Has anyone put the HD Black drag bars on? Did the cables have to be changed or did the stock cables work. I want to put the black drag bars and trying to get all of the parts together brfore I start. Thanks for any help.

drag bars should work with stock cables unless your putting on large risers.

Thanks for the info. I was hoping that the stock cables would work. That will save me some money to put into other accessories.

I put the HD Fat Drag bars on my '10 FXDWG and only had to get a new brake cable installed. The specs say the stock cable isn't long enough, but you can try or break out the 'ol cable stretcher. I'll try to post some pics later, going to get a black console installed this weekend. BTW my bike is the Vivid Black, so planning to go black-on-black.
