Numbers came back from a baseline run, cams go in tomorrow and dyno tune Friday...
Scanner is piled up so can't post the sheet ( new scanner coming in a day or so, will post both before/after then ).
Bike is 08 FatBob with V&H BR 2-2, RSD a/c, and PCV with fuel moto satage 1 download.
Here's what's on the sheet;
Correction factor : SAE Smoothing 5
5th gear run
62*celsius
29.01 in-Hg
Humidity 57%
SAE 1.26
Results ended up a lot higher than I thought, or think it should be :
82.71 hp at 5000 rpm 100.46 tq at 3600 rpm
My guess before the runs were 70 / 80 or 85. Any guesses or insight why it's so high? Guess so long as I get the same dyno operator he should run it the same so I can get an idea on how big a difference the cams are going to make ( TW6-6).
Ya it just seems way high, that's why I posted, numbers just don't seem accurate to me. Not sure if I posted earlier but our elevation is 1100 feet, although the correction factor should be takiung that into account..
I dunno, but I thought that the SAE setting was suspose to be set at 1.00 As said I don't know, but that is where mine was at, maybe someone who know exactly what that number references can chime in.
Yeah something doesn't sound right. The hp seems a little high, but it could happen, but 100tq? I don't know if thats ever been done before with just a stage 1. I guess you'll see on friday, either your tq will be up in the teens or it's going to stay the same. If it stays the same, something isn't right.

I thought it was 4th gear for 5 speeds and 5th for 6 speeds?? Been confused before... No biggie, I only wanted to see a before and after run to see what kind of improvement the cams will make. Just have to make sure it gets run in 5th gear again to keep it consistent.
