Just got a 2010 Super Glide, took the gas cap off, filled the tank, finally got the cap back on, but now the gas cap will not come off, any suggestions before I go to dealer tomorrow ?

Did you lift the tab straight up, give it just under a quarter turn counter-clockwise and then pull up on it? I remember the first time I went to fill up, it took me a while to figure it out. Even now it isn't always that easy, but I get it off in at most 3 seconds.
After an hour at dealer they got it off. When I put the cap back on the latch wasn't lined up with fuel gauge. Now it works fine, the owners manual never said this, and the service manager doesn't know why the cap would have locked in another position.

Hmmm, maybe that's why mine can be a bear at times. That cap needs to be aligned so the that the latch folds forward. Like you, my first fill-up went great, but the second one made me take my helmet off to contemplate what the heck was going on.
Now it seems that my fork lock must have some similar issues. The key seems to bind even though the forks are at full lock to the left. Well I've only tried to lock the forks once, but it took me a while to undo.
