Thanks for all the input guys. I will just stick with shutting her down if I have to wait at a light.

Yeah, I have only had this bike for a week but I dont think I want to ever ride anything else.

I have a 99 Triumph water cooled and bought my first Harley 2010 FXDC and am hooked. The trick is thinking air cooled and not water. I live in North Dakota so when we get our 5 minute rush hour, I will stop for a cold one and wait it out.
