Yes, tipping does blow, but at least yours was in a somewhat soft area & slow rolling vs. high speed asphalt. Do you think you can remove the derby cover & primary to have them wrinkle-coated later...maybe during winter hibernation??? Could be a cheaper possibility.

Happy to hear that you are ok. Sucks falling down, but makes it worse if you are hurt. I went down about a week ago and broke my leg, so I know what you are feeling.

1996 Femur broke, Tibia broke, Fibula broke, chipped knee joint... all at 5 MPH on grass. Glad you're ok Dude.. you were lucky.

Thanks for all the support guys, I came out just fine, and so did my friend. I'm surprisingly not that pissed off about it anymore, I just ordered the derby cover, I could have left it alone but it would of been killing me everytime I saw it. Probably going to leave the primary alone, its barley visible unless your looking under the bike, lever will be pc'd come winter, and I might just swap out for a new mirror.

I took some pics not because its a big deal, but I just spent a small fortune on a new sony tx5 or something like that, waterproof, shock proof etc, and wanted to put it to use!
