Some upgrades
I've had the pipes on this bike since right after I got it back in April. I finally gave in and ordered TTS and threw a zippers max flow on there. It won't hang with any sport bikes (ha ha), but what a difference. Also found a street bob seat on ebay for a couple bucks and switch back and forth when the gf wants to ride. The detachable windshield was a purchase while on the road last month. Immediatley after I bought the bike I took some sandpaper, self etching primer and a rattle can of flat black to most of the chrome stuff. Most of the cheesy trim pieces I ripped off and threw away. I'm at a nice black to chrome ratio now for my personal taste I think. Anyway, thinking of mods for the winter...rear fender chop maybe? Here's a couple pics.
BTW, just wanted to say thanks to all the guys out there who share their knowledge with the rest of us...the bike is running great and I've managed to fix all the standard Dyna front end clunking and stuff like that.
