Lost Control
Thanks for all of the kind words guys, and yes I have learned from this accident. I had to make a deal with my wife to take the MSF advanced safety course, but it will help me more in the end. Looking back, I would say that yes, I was probably too heavy on the front more than the rear.
I am not too worried about the repairs, the shop and my ins. will take care of it. I am pretty sure the bike will be ready before I am, 4-6 weeks before these 2 casts come off of me. I agree about no "real riding season" here in Atlanta, but I will miss alot of great weather this fall. Pretty bummed out about that!
My lil' brother can't stop giving me **** about me getting a trike or side-car now, a$$h0le loves taunting me with pics of his Xbones or his sporty and the great riding weather in NorCal right now. Again thanks for the concern and I'll be back in the wind ASAP (safety course completed)!!!
