Single Bolt Saddlebag Support Brackets
Does anyone have experience with something like these?

How solid and what prevents them from dropping down? Had these bags for years on other rides and always used a support bracket to keep them from catching too much wind and flying up and out.
Im guessing they attach to the single bolt midway on the fender support...? -same bolt that the H-D Sideplates use.
