will the stock upper chrome bolt/stud covers on fxdc work on the progressive 412 shock?how bout some pics of 412 12" mounted?different sites show different pics of these shocks and i wondered how they really look mounted!!
Here's a pic of 412's on my Low Rider. 412's pretty much look just like the stock Showa's unless you really look close. For all that matter, I installed 412 full chrome covers on my stock Showa's they are so similar. Anyways, heres the pic.
How are the 11" progressives with a passenger? I want to lower the bike, but still want to be able to ride 2 up. I looked at the Burly Slammer, but it looks too low to ride 2 up. Maybe I'm wrong. Is it possible to ride 2 up with the bike lowered/slammed. It's a 2006 FXD.
PigInaBlanket can you please tell me the part number of the shocks that you have on the street bob? Do you have any net shop in mind ?
Regards

I bought mine of a member here named Tweakin who was selling them to get black ones instead I believe. I have heard Eastern Performance has a good price and quick shipping though.
