The standerd system has no siren lights just flash. I added the siren cost like $150 but why have a alarm without a siren who knows why Harley wouldn't just included it with the system?
In the UK the siren on the alarm is standard. Under normal conditions it doesn't make any sound. Lift the bike of the jiffy stand or turn the ignition on without the key fob sender being close by and it will chirp & flash the turn signals, unless the bike is back on the jiffy stand or the ignition is switched off after 4 seconds it will repeat a second warning. If the bike is still off the jiffy stand or ignition on then the alarm will activate flashing turn signals and sounding the siren.
I estimate you need the fob to be 3-4 yards from the bike for this to happen. In other words just far enough for me reach the steep part of the drive backing out of the garage, having left the keys in the jacket hanging in the garage!
