Do the stock rotors on an 09 FXDB disassemble? I was going to buy these:
Which appear the same, except for the black center rotor. If they come apart (center from brake surface) then I can just have them powdercoated and save a bunch.

No, they are made by Sunstar and I'm pretty sure they are presses (riveted) together, you might try contacting someone like Kosman or PM - they might be able to get you some you can disassemble.
I recently fitted a similar rotor (the one with lots of holes in the centre) and that is rivetted together. I also have Harrison rotors and don't believe any of the various floating rotors dismantle.
