Modified my Wind Vest
So I had a 14" Wind Vest that I bought used and wasn't totally happy with the look. I liked the wind protection but was still getting a little turbulence around my glasses/goggles. I decided that I wanted "clean" air on my head and minimal protection anywhere else. I chopped 5" off the bottom of the shield and lowered it down on the mount. Now I get fairly clean air on my face and mild protection below that. I don't always ride with a shield but I'm gonna mount me a GPS in the space between the shield and the bars. I think it will look pretty good for when I wanna to longer distances.
