I can only speak for the Bare Bones solo (LePera). It is a comfortable short ride seat, although I have done 300 + in a day, I can not say I could do that for many consecutive days. My normal rides are 60-250 day rides. Remember comfort may vary rider to rider. I am 5'8" the seat height was lowered by approx. 1" with the LePera.

Thank you, years ago I had a lepera bare bones on a 883 and it worked well
the shipping and restocking fees have me gun/seat shy if it does not work out

I can also say that the Bare Bones is fine for me *most* of the time. I have done 400 miles on it before, but my *** was hurting by the end. I have also done ~1250 miles over 3 days, and that was unbearable.

I have a Mustang solo day tripper and have done a couple of 12 hour days on it lately. I won't lie to you, the first 12 hour day was hard on my tailbone, but the second one wasn't that bad. I think the seat is finally getting broken in or my *** is...I think it is the best low profile seat out there. Just my .

I got the Saddle Man solo and it's not to bad now that I cut the padding down, took out the gel pad and made it longer by cutting the padding back. You should be able to go a good 150 miles before wanting to get off.

I had a stock Harley solo seat on My SB and had it repadded and it helped alot. But I bought a Harley badlander seat from my buddy and I hardly ever use the solo now. It sits a little lower and I like the comfort on 300+ mile trips. But that's just me.
