I just got my bike back today from Destination Harley in Fife, WA after getting a dyno for a 2-1 Thunderheader on my 08 Fat Bob using a new TTS Mastertune System I picked up online. I've had the stage 1 upgrade with SE slip-ons for one riding season and the bike lacked ***** and ran hot. It was a tough decision between the Thunderheader and Vance & Hines Pro, but I went with performance over quality. My pipes are already golden after the dyno, but who really gives a **** when your bike now feels like a f*ckin missile! These pipes are loud as hell too! My engine is stock, so the dyno #'s may not be that impressive, (75 max hp/91 max tq), but I can definitely tell the difference over my previous exhaust set-up. I shot my savings wad with this upgrade and couldn't be happier! Cams, heads, etc. next. I've attached the before and after pictures. Yeah baby!
Good choice on the Thunderheader! U think it sounds good now...wait till ya get them cams & more compression in there, you'll be hooked for good! Although the shields don't cover much & are pretty gineric...they do hide the majority of the hot spots & do a decent job! Or ya can just wrap it...looks pretty tuff aswell!

Love some ThunderHeader. I got about the same numbers with mine and a stock motor. See sig.
+1 on the heat shields. I like the looks of them. Looks good on your bike.
Forgive me but why did you spend the money on an auto-tune system then pay more money to get it dyno tuned?
I've read stories about the auto-tune feature and it gets it pretty darn close. In a test, after a proper autp-tune session the btest bike was then dyno tuned and they were only able to get 1-2hp more. So, spending $300+ for an extra hp or two is a waste.
