Thunderheader & Dyno done!
I just got my bike back today from Destination Harley in Fife, WA after getting a dyno for a 2-1 Thunderheader on my 08 Fat Bob using a new TTS Mastertune System I picked up online. I've had the stage 1 upgrade with SE slip-ons for one riding season and the bike lacked ***** and ran hot. It was a tough decision between the Thunderheader and Vance & Hines Pro, but I went with performance over quality. My pipes are already golden after the dyno, but who really gives a **** when your bike now feels like a f*ckin missile! These pipes are loud as hell too! My engine is stock, so the dyno #'s may not be that impressive, (75 max hp/91 max tq), but I can definitely tell the difference over my previous exhaust set-up. I shot my savings wad with this upgrade and couldn't be happier! Cams, heads, etc. next. I've attached the before and after pictures. Yeah baby!
You gotta love the haters out there bringing completely content people down on how they WASTED their money. Easy f*#kin come, easy f*#kin go dude. As far as confirming the Stage 1, I took the dealer's word when I bought it used. Who knows if it was legit or not. All I know for sure is when I took the bike out again this morning for an extended ride and hit 100 mph on a back road, there was still something left before I slowed her down. My previous set-up would hit a wall around there. It's also running 20 degrees cooler. I'm a happy dude!

Their HP and Tq figures were each 3 low compared to a non catted bike and the stage 1 adds 8 hp and 3 tq according to HD SE catalog. My bike is still pulling hard at 95 mph and I comfirmed the download with the tach as it is willing to pull to ~6200 now up from 5500. Can the superfat FB front tire cause such a difference because of drag?
