Going to get some work done on my tc88 2005 springer next week.

going with 95" big bore, se 204 cams, se hybred plate, hydrolic tensioners with the bigger oil pump, tts tuner, Vance & hines 2into 1pro pipe exhaust, dyno tune.

What do you guys think the final dyno numbers wil lbe for hp and torque best guess?

I did this build before on a carbed bike with DTT ignition got 93/103 if I remember right. May come across the sheet down in the garage today, if I do I'll post it for ya.
Was a very fun bike.

Funny that you should ask. I just had this done and picked up my bike yesterday. I guess I'm a RUB because I don't understand much of what I'm going to say.

Project included 54H Chain Drive Cams (part no 49-4053), custom port cylinder heads, and dyno tuning. Cam was selected for cruising/touring and not bar hopping.

Result to rear wheel HP 97.87 and TQ 101.7

I've attached the dyno sheet. Notice torque through almost the entire power band.

Good luck

Good numbers.

OP did not say anything about heads, so I assume that he does not plan on milling or porting his heads. Changes the whole game, both in terms of cam selection and also the realistic expected HP/torque numbers (lower).

Without modding the heads, options to improve performance are high compression pistons or thinner head gaskets to get compression up to accommodate more aggressive cams that should deliver numbers closer to Emil's.

I once got 95 HP and 88 ft/lbs out of a 95" Dyna motor with early TC stock heads by using Wiseco 10.5:1 pistons and Andrews TW50 cams. Total cost of that build was around $500. Hard to beat that power per $ ratio.

Have run the SE204 in a 95" configuration in a 2005 Deuce; with stock heads and street ported heads. No headwork and the '05 heads are the worst ever; 90TQ/85HP is my prediction. The SE204 likes 9.6-9.8 static and your setup, with stock head gasket will be at 9.1. At least go with a .030" head gasket which will get static up to 9.35.

Don't know what you are doing to the heads but at the minimum, a cleanup, new guide seals and lapping in valves would be a good idea. You should also deck the heads to set chamber volume at 82ccs and you should hit the numbers OldEnuf2NoBtr posted.

If you have the time, you could send your heads out for a "street" port and you would see numbers like 100+TQ/90+HP. Or pick up a set of '06 and later heads and have them cleaned up, new guide seals, lap valves and deck to 82cc chambers. Cost would be about the same for either.

Another option for 100/100 numbers would be to follow one of the above approaches on heads and replace the SE204 cams with Andrews 48s.

Of course, all of the above is if you are interested in getting TQ/HP up or above 100; if you will be happy with 85HP/90TQ, proceed with your plan but at least install a .030" head gasket. As usual, JMHO.

You definitely got a lot of bang for the buck. Was this a long time ago? I would think the parts for that job would be closer to $1,000.

Andrews TW50 Cams $200
Wiseco 3.875" bore pistons $200
Cylinder bore/hone $85
Cosmetic headgaskets $45
Adjustable pushrods $75
Torrington/Nachi cam bearings $25
Other gaskets/seals $45

$675 total at today's prices (if you find the right deal on cams/pistons). I still have the cams (~2k miles) if you are interested at a deep discount.
