That was my thought too, but in the first post he mentions he checked that.

Checked the jiffy stand bumper, and it's intact and in place. In fact, I'm not sure how it could rotate - it looks like it fits into the frame only one way - did the design change from previous years? Looks like I need to check the fall away, and if that's ok, then it must be the forks clunking when they extend all the way. Thanks for all the help!
