I wanted to do a quick review of this bag I purchased from greg @
Bad&G Customs.
First off.. I dont have a single bad thing to say. Quality is excellent. Leather is thick and soft and oiled. Buckles are of high quality. Greg makes these himself and sells em on ebay, but if ya get hold of him outside of ebay he should get ya a better price. I was looking at the LaRosa but took a chance on this one so I could save around $50, and while I cant compare it to the LaRosa, I DOUBT the LaRosa could be much nicer.
The install couldn't be easier.. there are leather straps that buckle inside the bag, two up top for your fender strut and one down below which goes thru the bracket which holds your belt guard. The bottom strap landed SPOT ON in front of the chain guard bracket. Very custom fit to your model. Fits perfectly with stock signal location.
Im sure the LaRosa is nice also but I can certainly recommend this one.
Here are the pics..

I'm actually kinda likin that! I'd probably take mine on and off depending on where I'm riding to, ect. Does it look like the straps on the fender strut or any other part of the bag would leave your bike scratched up when you took it off?

I dont think so.. they only thing touching the bike is soft leather.
Haven't been able to find Greg's site on eBay or any other web. Am in need of a solo bag. Gave up backpacks long ago and for me the riding season is just begun. Ride all winter and here in the fall mornings are cold and by the time the afternoon rolls around a lot of clothing has to come off.
Thanks for any info re Bad&G. How your bag tied to the belt guard that moves relative to the frame strut?
How can either the Garage or Bad&G solo bags be fastened to the belt guard support if the swingarm moves vertically relative to the frame strut straps above? If you ride in the rain, won't water get into the bag thru the slots where the three straps go thru the back? Or don't you ride in the rain.
