Hi all,
It has been awhile since I have been on the site.. busy summer of work.. Gotta pay for those changes on the glide you know...lol..
My question is does anyone here know a good chroming company here in Michigan or the surrounding states. and what would be a good price as I have never had this done before.. I plan on having the primary and such done.. and some other parts done.. I am currently working on a design for a custom sissy bar for the bike..and when done would like to have it chromed also.. JRK if your out there maybe you can suggest someone you trust or have done business with also.. Thank you all for your help ride safe..
www.brownsplating.com I had them do my exhaust bracket and triple trees about 2yrs ago and they look like the day they were done! They are pricey but their work is top notch. They have a price sheet on their website. Just remember, good chrome ain't cheap and cheap chrome ain't good!
i really can not recomend anyone for chrome i used to have a buddy thats old man was a chromer for GM parts, but their shop closed... now i need a new guy, chorme is crazy $$$$ though, if you find it cheap it is prob going to be cheap work
Don't know were you can go to, but stay away from New England Chrome plating in E. Hartford, CT. They will tell you six to eight weeks, if you get it back in 12 weeks your lucky and its a crap job.
