Angry new vibrations

OK, it is time to see if anyone out there has an idea.
I have a 2008 FXDL and recently, I had developed a vibration in the left hand grip, left foot peg and at times it resonates into the seat. My front tire is ready to be changed an has some cupping. Put the front wheel on a balancer and checked the balancing and it seem OK. I did feel a SLIGHT roughness in the bearings but I have felt LOTS worse, there seems to be no end play. Re-aligned the rear wheel, readjusted the belt deflection and have checked vehicle alignment and is only out .20 degree. I get this at about 2000 rpm, clears up about 2500 rpm and again at about 3000 rpm. I tend to get a little carried away with things like this so is it me?
How about the clutch, only has 15000 miles on it.
Thanks for any ideas!

Could well be the cupping on the front tire; I definitely felt vibration when my front tire began to cup. Just my guess as to a possibility. Not as bad as yours seems, but I don't know how cupped your tire is.
