heres where i'm at today
no real drama's just trying to remember which way the wiring ran, all sorted though. Because the neck is leaning back more in the frame the ignition switch didn't fit so I had to grind about 5mm off one side of that, theres a fair bit of meat in it though. apart from that just remember to put the belt on before the primary
with regard to the 200 wheel. I think it is bike dependent. I have a 200 on mine and it fits fine but there is no space between those metal spans with the nutserts on the inside of the fender. It is a really not an issue for me unless I lean it into a slow curve and then it is a bit unsettling as it rubs that metal span and stops the slight lateral movement of the bike - kind of makes me wake up when I lean and the bike wants to stop leaning. Just something to keep in mind if you want to use the stock fender... And again it is just my experience, others have had different experiences so why I think it is bike dependent.

I tried that a couple of times (bashing my thumb so hard I almost lost my thumb nail). I am guessing I am all the way at the way up. They are stock shocks so maybe time to get some new ones. But to start with there is really no space between the tire and the inner nutsert strip.
I don't have an issue when moving at speed, but low speed turns are where I have a problem, and especially when in the turn there is a bump.
Not meaning to hijack the thread... just meaning to show that there MAY be issues with clearance using a 200 on the bob
well 200 went on sweet, there is plenty of threads on it, good one by dags somewhere but here is what I did, got a stock hub spoked in the centre of rim, put 8mm pulley spacer on (5/16" I think) used existing spacers, changed to flush mount bolts inside guard, and I also put a jack between the struts and probably gained 5mm.
got 5mm clearance between tyre and belt
got 5mm between pulley and swingarm
belt tracktrue, centre of rear pulley left hand side of front pulley
and about 3-5 mm either side of guard
won't know for sure till i ride it but it sure spins free
