bike looks awesome. nice work. congrats on a killer lookin ride.
i used the same trick with the bottle jack to get a little more room for the 9" fender. i used a .125" shim at the sprocket just to give a little more clearance on the belt.

Thanks mate, I think on mine the guard pretty well pulled it back to where it started, i'd have to heat it to really get it out a bit more.
I'd prefer to run a guard like yours, I think it looks great but we can't get away with it over here, the tyre is not allowed to be further back than the guard, and we can't run sidemount number plates....the list goes on.
