Anyone ever put the mid location pegs on a WG? I would like the optional foor position for the highway. Thanks for any input or leads to threads on this!
I did, and I know others on this site have done it as well. I just reinstalled mine for my trip Reno. Oddly enough I never felt the need for them this time. Usually I do.
Are you wanting mid controls or just footrests?
I wouldnt have anything else, Street Bob with mid controls. I ditched the forwards 6 months after I got my bike and sold them.
Just looking for the "foot rest", think I will start watching the parts for sale and see if I can pick some up........... thanks!
I put on a set of take-offs on my 02 wg. got the pair from the harley shop for 50 bucks. they really come in handy on longer rides, lets me change foot angles so my back doesn't hurt from being stuck in one position

Thats exactly what I am looking for, more position options....
funny you ask... I put an ad on this forum a couple weeks ago looking for some mid pegs also ... same as you, would be nice to have some for the longer rides
I have floorboards on my WG. Lots of options on where to put my feet. Toes on the back of the boards with the rest of my foot hanging off is pretty close to mid feel.

Your sig pic answered another of my questions.......... can the "sissy" bar thing be removed......... looks good without it.........
