Anyone ever put the mid location pegs on a WG? I would like the optional foor position for the highway. Thanks for any input or leads to threads on this!

I did, and I know others on this site have done it as well. I just reinstalled mine for my trip Reno. Oddly enough I never felt the need for them this time. Usually I do.

Are you wanting mid controls or just footrests?
I wouldnt have anything else, Street Bob with mid controls. I ditched the forwards 6 months after I got my bike and sold them.

I put on a set of take-offs on my 02 wg. got the pair from the harley shop for 50 bucks. they really come in handy on longer rides, lets me change foot angles so my back doesn't hurt from being stuck in one position

I have floorboards on my WG. Lots of options on where to put my feet. Toes on the back of the boards with the rest of my foot hanging off is pretty close to mid feel.
