Vance & Hines.
I want the loudest Vance and Hines slip ons that I can buy for my St. Bob. I plan to purchase the fuel pack as well to calibrate the fuel and air mixyure. My question to all of you is which set up would give me the loudest results? I was thinking of the straightshot. And also what is the difference between the fuel pack and letting my local Harley dealer install the downloads or racing pack?

If you want loud pipes at a low price, look at the shortshots. They're only a few dollars more than the slip ons and I've heard more than one person complain that they're too loud. Seems like it'd fit your preference. I didn't consider the dealer download because of bad stories I'd read about. Finding space for the fuelpak was a little difficult, but working with it is a cinch. I didn't want the Power Commander because everone seemed to need to head to a dyno soon after their install and shell out another $250-300 bucks.
