With my stock seat, when I acellerate i slide back in the seat. Could be that TC96.

I need a seat with some back support built in.

What have you FXD guys done for seats?

the sundowner,it has a deep bucket, very nice seat.

 

I have the stock FXDS Convertible seat on my '98. I've found it very comfortable. The only problem you may have with that is it's a 2up seat.

Could be the TC 96, TC 88, Evo...hell, it could be a lawnmower engine...the stock dyna seats suck. I know they're not the exact same thing, but I noticed the same thing on my wide glide when I got it. The seat was one of the first things I changed. The sidekick/rallyrunner seats are great in that they look killer, and they have a lot of back support. Not so great for two-up though. For that, can't beat the sundowner. And of course, there's tons of aftermarket options as well. Bottom line is, when you get rid of that stock seat, you won't feel like you're sliding back anymore.

I got the sundowner also.

 

Sundowner here too. It has a wider seat in the back for the ball and chain.
