frame connectioning link

read about a "connecting link" to stiffen up the frame for harleys. Supposed to increase the handling of the bike. Anyone tried this yet?

Why do they make the True track to fit only up to 2008.....what changed ??
is a "true track" still needed on 2010 Fat Bob ???

On their site it says Part # 20-30 Dyna 1994-2011 $349.00

True Track aptly named

I installed the True Track on my '06 StreetBob and it completely eliminated the disconcerting 'hitch' in fast sweeping turns. The hitch was caused by flex in the frame when there is a lot of lateral force on the frame, and its effect on the ride was to make the bike feel like it was 'giving', moving momentarily towards the outboard side of the turn. Most noticable when the bike was leaned over at 45-50 mph on offramps and the like. The True Track made the bike feel like it was a rail going around those corners. jay
