You can buy paint and clear at any autobody supply usually autoparts combo Stick with name brands Dupont PPG etc I would use 2 stage with clear(For durability and ease of application) not really hard to do. Just remember 80% of the finished product is in the prep thats the time consuming part if its not smooth when you start it wont be when you finish. Black is the most revealing color so any imperfections will stand out. Just have plenty of patience and dont rush it. Buy quality primer and sealer.
