Brown's has always done a good job for me and is fast especially in the off season. A friend of mine just got some wheels back that a place in Tupelo MS did for him and they looked really good. He said they were cheaper than Brown's, but I didn't get the name of the place. I'll track him down and ask if anybody needs the name.

You might try Vanguard Plating.They did some work
on a couple of OCC bikes. They are located in Conroe, Texas
not far from Davinci Performance who also does work for OCC.
