Wow and everybody talks about the se 255's falling off the cliff at 4k rpms! Jamie you said this was with stock heads, nothing done to them at all? I would bet that a good 2-1 and some headwork would really make this a great build!
True, but still holds over 100 ft lbs till 5300 or so...good in my book! I would think the pipe would help hold that longer and yeah, I'd like to see what a head guy could do with that cam!
I am wondering why there is little interest in this build here in the Dyna section, the touring section thread has 28k + hits and over 300 posts. I like the looks of this kit and the power vs $ spent. Am I missing something here in the realm of Dyna knowledge? Are there any forseen issues with this build in a Dyna that I am not seeing?

i asked much the same question a while ago...i actually asked jamie to post up this setup and how it performed because there was so much interest in the touring threads he had posted.
[quote=fuelmoto;7602495]For those of you that have been following our Fuel Moto 107" thread in the Touring section https://www.hdforums.com/forum/touri...fuel-moto.html, here is some information from a 2010 Dyna that we just installed our 107" big bore kit on.
This Dyna already had Wood Knightprowler TW6-6 cams, Stage 1 air cleaner, V&H Shortshot exhaust and a PC-V. We reused the TW6-6 cams and added the Fuel Moto 107" big bore piston/cylinders, Wood Directional lifters, and Fuel Moto Quick install pushrods. We used the stock heads and throttle body. Final numbers were 98Hp/117Tq which is pretty impressive, especially with the V&H Shortshots which are basically a short drag pipe and offer little scavenging. I am certain if we switched to a good 2/1 system the curve would be even better and it and pick up low end power substantially. Still a very powerful, great all around combination.
Jaime
Gettting ready to do this kit on my 2010 wide glide. Can you suggest a couple of good performing 2 to 1 exhaust that would work well with your 107 kit?

That'll get ya started in a good direction !
actually i hear nothing but good things about the d&d fat cat. the thunder headers dont pump out the same numbers as the fat cat does. but this is knowledge based off of what i have been hearing around riders and mechs alike.

They are all within a point or so, it is not really the issue. It comes down to style, fit and finish and sound. I know the TH is not known for great quality with the finish, but the one piece design is nice, sounds awesome......and not for everyone.
If I had not found a badass TH (had a JetHot coating on it eliminating the one issue they have) , the Fatcat would be on my bike right now as it has a great rep and finish is great.
