Is it suppose to glow red.
I have a 2010 Dyna Wide glide and the only thing was I have Rush slip on's. I dont like them by the way. Any way I havent run it in a month or so. I crank it up and let it idle for about 5 minutes. The #2 pipe was glowing red. First time I have noticed this. I know its cooler and probablly running a little more lean but dam. Is it suppose to do that.

Before I got my 2011 FatBob, I test road a 2010 FatBob and a 2011 WideGlide in the same week. The WideGlide was unrideable due to the heat coming off the pipes which was not evident with the FatBob. The salesman said I experienced a hotter ride from the WideGlide because the seat is lower on the WideGlide. If you say so, you are the expert aren't you? Is there any consistant quality control with regard to tuning when these bikes come out of the factory, I mean it's the same engine and the same pipes? I had a carbed RoadStar that I ran Seafoam through at WOT to clean the top end and the stock pipes turned rainbow colors-talk about lean.
