Thanks for all the info guys. I think i am going to go with the V&H Black Big Shots Staggered or the Thunderheads. I should have it all back together by the 1st of the year. Ones it,s up and running i will post some pics and the dyno.
Just the small list of the new parts. Dynojet Power Commander V, New pipes, 103 Big Bore Stage II Kit,Willie G.Skull Collection Derby Cover and timing cover,Heavy Breather Performance Air Cleaner Kit.
I have the D&D Boss Fatcat with big bore baffle on my stage II 103 in my 2010 Street Glide, makes 92 hp and 106 tq. I too would like to see a sheet on a thunderheader? I rode one and it was too loud for me, even though I ride a bike with a D&D (which are also considered loud).
I am leaning toward the Vance and Hines Pro Pipe Hi output for my 06 Street Bob when the SE 120R goes in this winter.

This was with a Stock 96" motor. The sheet, which I have somewhere, looked like a step.
It went up, across, and feel. Nice tight TQ curve. It didn't dip or wobble.
When you hit 3800 RPMs with the Thunderheader. The bike takes flight. I have one, but just swapped it for the stock pipes with cycle shack baffles. Actually it is right here next to me in my room, and it has the heat shields and all. I want to sell it, but the wife wants me to keep it to put on her bike.
Either the D&D or the TH will be right up your alley. I like the TH because I have experience with it. I had to change back to stock for a while cause the sound was getting to me in a time of stress from work and all, but tonight I setup a set of 2009 stock SB mufflers with the Cycle Shack baffles. Man, they made my bike sound good, and acutally it sounds more like a Harley for the first time since I had the bike. The TH sounds really good, but that dual pipe sound is sweet too.
Anyone know of a baffle change I can do on the stock SE Street Performance mufflers?
